Vintage Jewelry

We test and authenticate all of our jewelry by verifying the metal purity using X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analyzers as well as non-damaging chemical purity testing methods. We use diamond and precious gem testing tools to test our gemstones, and we have a jeweler and GIA-accredited gemologist on staff, as well as trained brand authentication experts. We meticulously check every piece before listing it for sale to make sure it meets our rigorous quality standards and can be guaranteed to be authentic and as described. We go above and beyond and do all of this so you can shop with confidence and rest assured that you are getting extremely high-quality and authentic vintage jewelry.

Season 13
Season 13
2015

Our passion and enthusiasm for vintage jewelry started out as just a hobby. In 2015, we began going to estate sales and garage sales, searching for beautiful, unique vintage jewelry. We began selling our vintage treasures online, but kept the ones we really loved.

Season 12
2016

By 2016, online sales continued to grow, and we expanded our operations to include having regular booths set up to sell our vintage jewelry at local flea markets. Our hobby was growing into a business, and we were learning a ton about the history and origins of the exquisite jewelry pieces we were coming across.

Season 11
2017

In 2017, we began buying vintage jewelry in bulk from businesses like pawn shops and gold stores. We repaired and refurbished many pieces that would have otherwise just been melted down and processed into gold or silver bullion bars. Saving ornate and handmade jewelry pieces from the furnace just felt like the right thing to do, and it turns out, it was not a bad business strategy either.

Season 12
2018

In 2018, business began to grow rapidly, and we expanded by listing on other 3rd-party platforms such as Mercari and Poshmark, among others. We were successfully repairing and reselling tons of jewelry that came through, but at this point there were enough unsalvageable pieces coming through that we formed CK Refiners, our parent company, so we could process the scrap gold and silver in house, which provided us with a secondary revenue stream.

FAQs

Each of our pieces of vintage jewelry is unique, and most are handmade or one-of-a-kind, oftentimes by artists that are no longer making jewelry. So since each piece is individual, there is only one; once it is sold, that’s it.

Yes, we can resize any ring you want for an additional fee; simply check the resizing option upon checkout and select the size you want it resized to. Please note that this will increase the delivery time.

You can absolutely send it to us through our “sell to us” page; even if you are not sure what is real and what is a costume, we will go through it for you and then email you photos of what we found to be real gold, silver, and costume. We will include a clear breakdown of weight and purity and offer you a very fair and competitive price. Then you can sell what you want to part with, and we will ship back the rest you want to keep.
